Sweetgrill Cookiessz is a new company that began production in 2025. The concept was born from a simple idea: gourmet snacking. We produce Cookie Waffles—a snack that is lower in sugar, higher in protein, freshly baked. A Cookie Waffle is a hybrid between a cookie and a waffle: two round, crispy wafers with creamy protein-rich fillings and caramel in between.

We operate as a cottage business, which means we run our production from a small-scale, home-based kitchen rather than a large commercial facility. This allows us to focus on quality, care, and attention to detail in every batch we make while also providing a solid artisan foundation for the company’s growth.

We use specialized baking iron from The Netherlands to produce the Cookie Waffles.

Currently, Sweetgrill Cookiessz is a two-person team:
